Miss Ali
Miss Ali is a true pillar of the dance community, with a lifelong dedication to the art form that shines through in everything she does. From a young age, dance has been a central part of her life, shaping her into the passionate and skilled dancer and teacher that she is today. Watching her own children dance has been a gift that has only deepened her love and appreciation for the art of movement.
Fueled by a dream to share her love of dance with others, Miss Ali founded Elite Dance Company, a thriving studio that has become a second home to many aspiring dancers. Her commitment to providing the absolute best for her students is unwavering, and she strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment where dancers can flourish and grow.
Over the years, Miss Ali has continuously sought to enhance her own skills and knowledge, earning certifications in RAD Ballet RTS, ADAPT tap and jazz, as well as Acrobatic Arts and International Dance Teacher Standards accreditations. This dedication to her craft allows her to offer top-quality training and instruction to her students, ensuring that they receive the best possible education in dance.
For Miss Ali, passing along her love of dance and the valuable skills it provides is both a love and an honour. She takes great pride in guiding her students on their dance journey, instilling in them a lifelong passion for the art form and empowering them to reach their full potential. Miss Pam
Miss Pam is a beloved figure in the dance community of Eston, where she was born and raised. With a deep-rooted passion for dance, Miss Pam has dedicated much of her life to nurturing and supporting the art form in her community. As the matriarch of the family, she instilled her love for dance in her daughters, Miss Ali and Miss Dee.
Miss Pam plays a vital role as the head seamstress, assisting with the stunning costumes for the dancers to wear on stage. Her meticulous attention to detail and creative flair ensure that each costume is a work of art, enhancing the performances of the dancers.
In addition to her role as head seamstress, Miss Pam helps her daughters in any way she can, whether it's offering guidance and support, or pitching in with administrative tasks at the studio. Her dedication to her family and her unwavering commitment to the art of dance make her the heart and legacy of a family who shares a deep love for the art form.

Miss Dee
Born and raised in Eston, Miss Dee discovered her love for dance at a young age. She spent years honing her skills under the instruction of the late Carol Ann Hanson.
After years in various industries and cities, Miss Dee felt a pull to return to her hometown to be closer to family. Her sister, Miss Ali, had recently opened Elite and was in need of help with administrative tasks. Miss Dee eagerly stepped in to assist, using her organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the studio ran smoothly.
Miss Dee finds joy in being surrounded by dance every day. She loves watching students grow and improve and takes pride in helping her sister achieve her dream of running a successful studio.

Miss Daryl
Having just graduated from high school, Miss Daryl is eager to dive headfirst into the world of dance and share her passion with others. Growing up in a family of dancers, Miss Daryl was exposed to the art form from a young age and quickly fell in love with it.
With her mother as a mentor, Miss Daryl has been assisting at her mom's dance studio for the past three years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. She has worked tirelessly to advance her own dance skills, completing her ADAPT syllabus and enrolling in Acrobatic Arts to further enhance her abilities.
Driven by her desire to inspire and educate others, Miss Daryl is currently working towards her dance teacher's certification. Miss Daryl is excited to take on a bigger role at her mom's studio this year, stepping into the role of hip hop teacher.
With her dedication, talent, and enthusiasm, Miss Daryl is poised to make a lasting impact in the dance world and inspire others to follow their dreams.

Miss Britten
Miss Britten is an assistant teacher at Elite Dance Company. Britten has danced since she was 3 years old and has been teaching alongside Miss Ali for the past 4 years. Miss Britten loves being able to share her love of dance with our community and working with kids. She is most looking forward to seeing our dancers on stage at Competition and recital season.

Miss Madison
We are happy to introduce our newest assistant teacher. Miss Madison has danced since she is 5 years old and is now in her 3rd season with Elite Dance Company. Madison always works hard in her own dance classes and is looking forward to helping our younger dancers achieve their dance goals. She is most excited to see the students growth throughout the season.

Miss Kenzie
Miss Kenzie has been dancing since she was 2 years old. This is Kenzie’s second year assistant teaching with Elite Dance Company. Miss Kenzie is gaining more confidence in her assistant teaching role and loves working with the younger students. She is most looking forward to watching our tiniest dancers sparkle on stage at recital.
